Liza holds certifications in many massage modalities including Sports, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Prenatal, NeuroMuscular, Cupping, and many more.
She has 23 years of experience working in Five Star Luxury Hotels, focusing on ultimate guest experiences. During that time, she was trained on spa rituals hat were designed to help with muscular aches, anxiety from stress, and sports related injuries.
Liza’s passion for massage therapy grew immensely after volunteering in a pain rehabilitation center. Her approach to therapy is very detailed as she uses her knowledge and skills to customize the client’s massage.
